Explosion Vent Panels

Opens when the internal deflagration pressure exceeds the static burst pressure of the vent panel. The quantity of explosion vent panels, size and burst pressure are calculated based on the equipment volume, strength, and the fuel characteristics.

Flameless Explosion Vent Devices

Placed over an explosion vent panel and contains a flame filter to extinguish the explosion flames while the explosion pressure is discharged into atmosphere.

Explosion Suppression (HRD)

Releases extinguishment powder at high velocity into the equipment to suppress an explosion in an early stage to minimize damage inside the protected equipment with a low risk of secondary fire and explosion. Suitable for organic and metal dust explosions in small, large and very large vessels with regular or food grade suppression agent.

Explosion Isolation

Certain applications, and their unique geometries, configurations and dust hazards, require a specific isolation device and reliable system design to contain the deflagration to the equipment from which combustion occurred.

Explosion Detection& & Control

Less than 2 ms electronic delay between presence of explosion pressure and activation of suppression and isolation devices ensures low Total Suppressed Pressures, closer installation of isolation devices to the protected volume and a reduced total cost of ownership.
